All original tags, seals, and labels must be intact.

You must provide the original order ID or proof of purchase.

Used, damaged, or tampered items.

Products returned without original packaging.

Items returned after 10 days from the date of delivery.

The product delivered is incorrect or incomplete.

The item is defective upon opening (please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos).
